Steven Foley

Born in Eastern North Carolina, Steven is no stranger to the Lake & Coastal areas in the Southeast. He earned his bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in 2007 and Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Clemson University in 2009. Following his passion for Real Estate, Steven obtained his NC Real Estate Broker’s license in 2008 and began working in Real Estate Development & Property Management for over 10 years! During this time, Steven had the opportunity to work for American Campus Communities where he oversaw the development and management of several Student Communities in North Carolina, South Carolina, & Florida. Through these experiences, Steven gained an extensive knowledge of new construction, property management & sales, and customer service. In 2018, Steven returned to the Upstate as an Associate Broker. Although he works primarily out of South Carolina, his dual-licensure in NC & SC gives him and the team the ability to help his friends, family and other clients with their real estate needs across the Carolina’s! His hobbies include attending Clemson sporting events, karaoke, and helping his clients turn houses into homes.
