Unlike most people who want to choose a realtor that they know, I purposely chose Teara because I did not know her at all! During our first meeting, we hit it off well and I genuinely liked her. We discussed being boy moms... and a little real estate, of course. We sought her out for two real estate dealings after that. Teara is beyond an expert in her line of work! She Is super smart and knows all the ins and outs of real estate and left us with complete confidence that she had everything handled. She led us step by step in the process each time. Teara will forever be our realtor and I’ve told her that!

Teara has a wonderful working knowledge of the real estate market in Oconee County. She helped us navigate the sale of our house 3 separate times (due to unqualified buyers losing financing). Two of these were complicated multiple offer situations. She was almost always immediately available to explain all the details to us and if she wasn’t, she responded quickly to set up a time. She also found us our dream home and helped us negotiate the purchase in another challenging multiple offer situation.

Regina was extremely helpful and professional during the sale of our home. I would highly recommend her as a realtor!! She gave insightful suggestions and provided support throughout the experience. If I ever make a home purchase in the area, I will definitely contact Regina.

We got so lucky when Mike Dienner was recommended to us! We were buying a house out of state and we needed someone we could trust to be our eyes on the ground. I didn’t know the area well so I was constantly texting Mike and asking his so many questions. He responded to each one within 10 minutes! We also didn’t have a specific location in mind so I asked Mike to look at a couple houses that were about an hour away and he called to get an appointment to see the house either that evening or early the next morning. Mike is determined and driven to get you what you want no matter how far or how long it will take. If he doesn’t know something, he asks his colleagues until gets the answers. I’ve never met a realtor that will go to such great lengths to make you feel like he is truly working in your best interest. Buying a house is so stressful, especially from across the country, and Mike was able to put our minds at ease with this process. I will never, and I mean, NEVER work with anyone else. Jessica Bridges and Helen Roach were most helpful, informative, friendly, reliable, and wonderful to work with in the process of purchasing our new home. This guy is one great agent, we sold and bought through him and he kept us up to speed on all the changes. Talk about a people pleaser he will go out of the way to make things work. You can't go wrong when you go with cliff.

Teara crafted just the language needed to quickly sell our farm land in the Walhalla area within two weeks.
